British School of Washington student is accepted to MIT

Cody Freeman, a senior at the British School of Washington, has successfully gained admittance to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), one of the most fiercely selective institutions in the USA. Cody has been with with the school since 2000.  Two other students at the British School of Washington were accepted to top-flight Canadian universities: McGill and Toronto.  As other offers begin to pour in for all of the World Class Learning Schools, we will keep you apprised of all the achievements of our students.

Congratulations to the students at Compass International School Doha: student work is on permanent display at the National Museum of Islamic Art.  The work was created by both Year 5 and Year 8 students, who created the work on wood panels in Doha's old souk, or open air market.
